This company has very limited hours and charged my mastercard without my authorization. Now I have to attempt to dispute an item from a company I have never even heard of!!!

unauthorized withdrawl
i just recieved a call from my bank of an irregular activity on my account it turns out this elitepack diped into my account and took over 70.00 dollars that i never aothorized. something needs to be done.

FRAUD
I just received my statement in the mail and was shocked to find a 2.40 international charge & 79.86 charge from elitepack. I thought- what the hell is this? I cannot afford such a high charge b/c I am interning for free and am living off the tail end of my student loans. A google search later and I found everyone else's complaints for different companies but all the same story.
I read on someone else's comment that they are considering filing a CLASS ACTION SUIT. I do not know how to do one, but dammit I will learn if no one else does. I cannot stand for this kind of fraud, especially since most of us who ordered this kit is trying to make money in this economy. I am going to file a complaint w/ the FTC-- please, if we all file complaints, then the FTC will investigate this b/c they don't investigate any individual complaints. I'm sure if enough of us file, then they will bring these people down. I cannot stand the thought that there are innocent people worse off than me being scammed as well.
I despise this kind of deviousness. I hope whomever cooked up this scheme rots in hell for all of the trouble you caused us.

Unauthorized Charge
This company is a TOTAL scam do not buy into it. I cancelled my so called free trial the next day after I found out what was involved. I called the company and they refuse to retun or refund my money.
ELITEPACK IS A SCAM DO NOT FALL FOR IT. IT MAY COST YOU OVER 100 DOLLARS THAT THEY WILL NOT RETURN.
I have called them several times and all I get is the run around. Protect yourself. These people are thives and nothing more.

credit card charges w/o autorization
they charge my credit card 24.82 without my authorization, I called they say this money is not refundable I have to cancel my subscription before the charges. It is a scam

Have no idea what elitepack is or what their product is - I've received nothing. Foolishly, I did sign up for a trial for Dazzle Smile and Cleanwhites. I've finally gotten that mess straightened out (another scam product). I'm sure this is an off-shoot from them.

internet scammers
I ordered something from Google for a dollar, next thing I know I have an 78.96 charge on my credit card from Elitepack whom I've never heard of. I searched them on the web and THIS is the site it brought me directly to. If you call the company at 866-396-2729 or access member 866-389-3836 they refuse to refund money and will not allow you to speak to a supervisor. I have cancelled my credit card and as soon as it is posted to my account will dispute charges. This is FRAUD and they will continue to charge you're card so it MUST be cancelled and reissued with a new account number. I'm not sure what my bank will be able to do or if maybe a class action lawsuit is in order here, considering the scope of complaints world wide. I've never had this happen before, lesson learned, don't trust Google.

That is their terms and conditions page, that is what they will email you and tell you it protects them from everything. They were like broken records. Have you EVER been told you can't speak to a supervisor of a company? They KNOW it one big scam! Going to dabble in a class action idea and see where it will lead us. Wish me luck. CANCEL YOU'RE CARD as they will continue to charge even when they say and give you cancelation confirmation!

Unauthorised payment
I have recieved a unauthorised payment on my Visa card for a product that is unknown to me. I have had no success in finding details on the product or compay through internet and complaint searches. I am looking for the correct number dialling from Australia to contact the company to 1. Cancel the subscription if that is the case. 2. Discover how the subscription was granted. 3. What the product is and who is the company that are conducting these unauthorised payments. If I recieved the monies charge back that would be a bonus, however I am more concerned with knowing how the subscription was agreed upon and how to cancel it, so i can avoind further unauthorised payments. I have noticed on other complaint replys the company who is unknown to me has given the same reply. A contact number is given however I need a contact number that can be dialled from Australia.

ripoff
they have withdrawn from my acct. without my approval and i would like a refund. I have tried to cancel this serveral times and i have been told to bad no refund is due.
i have turned this company in to the Better Business Bearue.
and i hope they shut them down.
I would like my money returned as soon as possible
