credit card charges
this company is taking money out of my account, and i have never bought anything from them.my bank has now cancelled my debit card and is looking in to this dispute.so many complaints about this company.yet nothing is happening to them. from another concerned complainent.

Unnauthorized debit
I was surprised when I see the charge of $ 79.86 in my account. Immediately I canceled my credit card. I wanna my money back!

credit card charge
I have been charged $2.96for something I haven't received. I have several charges taken for my credit card after ordering Wu Slimming tea. My card has got money refunded but this appeared this month.

I do not know the website. I had to make three phone calls all different toll free numbers but from the same company. Elitepack was the name on all three charges. I had to request an inquiry through my Banking institution to get the toll free number in order to contact merchant. These charges were apparently in very fine print somewhere in a purchase made for one item online. They take you credit card and charge it. Elitepak argued this point but DO NOT GIVE IN, insist that they refund ALL CHARGES and GET A CANCELLATION NUMBER!

keep getting charged even after confirmation from Wu Yu Yi tea
Ordered free trial and before period was over received three months supply. I informed company that I was not allowed to participate (doctors orders) and received confirmation that no further costs or deliveries. Since then have been charged under a number of names inclding elitepack and kitaccess. When contacted bank all they could do was file a complaint.

charges from 3 companies
It appears first time on :Sept09
3 charges from so called membership from 2008 Wui-Tea/ Which was cancelled and returned unopened.
I was charged:
Healthmember $7.14 us
elitepack $2.96 us
ezykit $7.01 us
so far first two will "deactivate my membership" ??????? I was told it was in the fine print as part of the contract for samples I received a year ago which I never opened and returned.
They would not credit back what they charged but have deactivated my membership.
Just imagine $17.11 usd = 19.15 CAN monthly on just 1 person - me x how many people are being ripped off.
Quite a racket.
Be warned and read ALL for free samples etc seems like you are signed into alot more.

Unexplained charges
Here is the phone # for elitepack. 1-866-396-2729. Please call them to cancel the charges. You will not be refunded for any previous charges. They say you agreed to this when you purchased the Dazzlewhite products. I call BS on this!!! Keep an eye out for their sister companies that also will be charging you. The only way I solved this mess was to cancel my credit card and get a new one.

Who and what are these people?
I just logged onto my bank acct and they have taken $79 from it, they are getting their ass handed to them in the morning, they caused an overdraft fee. I don't even know who they are.
