Non-receipt of Item
Company does not deliver product. Very rude in their mannerisms and very unprofessional in their conduct. I would avoid doing any business with this company.
Ordered product 3 weeks ago and they have failed to respond to three inquiries. Bad business practices.

never recieved merchandise
I ordered cell phone cases, batteries, & holster clips, & never recieved them. This company charged my credit card & got their money. I am still waiting for my order 4 months later.

RIP OFF & BAd Cust Serv
This company takes your money, then never sends you the product. When you email them about it they never email you back. Then when you call them, you have to hold for at least 20 minutes, then get treated very badly by their customer service. The representative I spoke to was named Sarah and when I asked for a supervisor she told me no one was above her. I then asked for the owner of the company and she told me she was not allowed to give out that information and hung up on me. BAD BAD COMPANY DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!

Product not received
My daughter had placed an ordered on September 12, 2009 and to this date, she has yet to receive the item. Her account was already charged for the product and shipping fee. I have emailed several time and no one has responded to my email. I have tried to contact them through their ONLINE LIVE CHAT and even that seems DEAD! This must be another online scam!
DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THEM!

Take Money/No Product
I ordered a cell phone case for my boyfriend's daughter's birthday. They took my money but didn't ship my product. I called. They said it would ship within a week. Two weeks later, I sent them an email asking where the product was. They said it was still on back order. They canceled my order, but only because I said I'd fight the charge with my credit card company. It might or might not be a scam web site, but either way, the service is AWFUL!

Still have not received my order
I placed an order for a Blackberry cover on May 28. I had not received a notification of shipment so I called them on June 5, 2009. Customer Service said it was on backorder and would be in the following week. As of today, June 24, 2009, I still had no update or my Blackberry case. I had to call them 7 times (and they don't have a toll-free number). It took me almost 3 hours to reach a live person. The first person hung up on me (a man). Had to call back two more times in order to reach another live human (a woman this time). She told me it was on back order for a few weeks. When I said I had already been waiting a month, she said there was nothing she could do. I asked to cancel the order and she said OK. I asked her when my credit card would be credited she said 10-15 business days! They took the money within 1 day but it is going to take me potentially three weeks to get my money back? This is insane! Let's see if I actually GET my money back. I'll be reposting my results here. I certainly should have done a Google search prior to ordering, as someone else suggested here.

Took money for fast shipping, never sent product at all
Iwas moving from San Diego, CA to Tucson, AZ, and ordered some items to make the trip pass by faster, to be shipped 3rd day air. For an extra fee, of course. The items never arrived; whenI called the company after I arrived in Tucson, I was told"they will be returnbed to us, and we will send them to your new address. That was over 3 months ago. I just called again, and canceled the order, but of course the greedy a-holes are keeping the cash I paid extra to have it delivered faster. These guys are thieves, never ever order ANYTHING from them.

Scam and cheating
If you order from these people, I recommend using a virtual credit card number. I ordered a hard case for my Samsung Omnia on 2/12/2009. I specified the 'ship within two business days' option. Hearing nothing from them after a week, I went to their website to try to track my order.
The 'Live Help' feature on the website does NOT provide live help, and leaves you hanging with NO help!
I emailed the company on 2/19/2009, requesting status. About 3 hours later they emailed me, stating:
'We apologize but there has been a slight delay on our shipment that is carrying your ordered item. We are expecting this shipment to arrive in stock within the next few days and your order will be shipped the same day. We apologize for the delay and hope to have this resolved ASAP.'
The 'next few days' has become 11 more days, FOR A TOTAL OF 18 DAYS. No status from them, and NO CASE YET!

Item not sent
Do not do business with this company. Order items, was charged for items. They did not have all the items ordered. I'm sure they never did by the looks of all their other reviews. Like everyone else, I cannot get a refund I have to order something else instead. My card was charged a month ago when they knew they didn't even have the item. It did not state it was backordered or out of stock. They just took the money and now are making me order something I do not want. Never will do business with this "company"...
