I have signed a form for a monthly payment training, which was in fact for a yearly course. I have a heart disease and I told them since the beginning, that I may not be able to come there at all, because I already had a swimming pool subscription, where I went every day. "We don't mind", they said - "you can cancel at any time", but they didn't translate the terms and conditions to me, where it was stated that such subscription couldn't be canceled unless a person changes residence.

Now that I'm moving I have tried to cancel it, calling a dozen of times, visiting the place twice and even sending them a registered letter (returned unopened) - every time a new excuse : the manager isn't here, the manager can't call you, the manager just went out, you've got to prove us that you are moving, get us your plane tickets - I'm taking a last minute train ticket, get us your bank account statement - no one has those, it's all on the internet and so on and so forth .

Beware of this company!
