This spa is a joke along with all it's staff members. The general manager raha ashrafi is an uneducated, rude pig who sleeps around and thinks her shit does not stink. she is jealous of pretty co-workers who are more capable and fires employees for no reasons other than her own and makes up silly lies to back up her reasons. Kristin the agm is a huge pig who kisses her ass in hopes that she too could fire people for a living and feel better about herself. The nastiest most evil person is the snitch brandon..( the senior phone operator.)..lol what a joke. he is too chicken shit to say whats really on his mind so he runs to raha to tell lies about co-workers. he is vial and has no soul. shame on u brandon and shame on u raha and kristen ur disgusting. Not only that but the VP OF HR is just as vial and rude. who puts these people in charge i want to know?? there policies are based on lies and bs. they do not give a shit about there employees and certainly are not as gracious to the clients. and the ceo is just as bad if not worse for not even looking into what goes on in the flagship store. you do not pride urselves on anything but crap and lies. miss arden herself would fire all of you if she could. tooo bad such a big name has such a bad reputation.
