Over a month ago, a woman who goes by the name Elizabeth Parsons, and her husband Don Parsons scammed my wife and I out of a yorkie. She went to great lengths to convince us she was a qualified USDA and AKC breeder and sent us many pictures of our "new family member". It all went sour when she repeatedly set up dates to ship him to us and then would fail to send the dog, using excuse after excuse and promising to send him another day. After my wife and I paid her $600, her emails and text messages became less and less consistent. Several other people have reported to have been scammed too and it appears she uses different emails and phone numbers to do her dirty work. Use caution when buying a dog from fishy breeders, check scam reports, and call them first. Elizabeth Parsons would never answer phone calls, which was the first sign she was a con artist. She also wrote lengthy, child-like emails and text messages with constant misspelling. Watch out for Elizabeth Parsons, dog breeder scam!
