I’d like to lodge a formal complaint! We are residents at 16 varsity village! On Saturday 2nd July, one of the geyser pipes burst and the ceiling (in the lounge) fell onto our property. The house is flooded with water and has caused damage to our property. we don’t have water and electricity as the water due to the damage caused.

My wife, couldn’t go to work today due to this! She has reported this to Ellenburger and nothing has been done! She was told that the damage will be fixed when the insurance has paid. My wife has to be at work as from tomorrow. Where is she expected to sleep for the night? How must she bath if there’s no water and electricity? How must she cook?
