As per our telephonic agreement we went to Ellerines and asked to speak to Nomsa whom we were told she was unavailable and would be in a meeting and will be back tomorrow. We then spoke to Faziel the credit manager and she advised us that our contract is incomplete and that i was never advised how much the total bedding would cost. So what i would like to know is that where is the agreement that proves that we signed to take a bed that would cost us R10, 989.30 as when i made my first payment on the 121208 the only amount that apperead on the slip was only a balance of R5, 429.38 and that amount was suppose to decrease every month that a payment was made, where did all the hidden amounts come from...? because they failed to notify us of all the amounts and they agreed that out contract does not reveal all that, only on Ellerines system do we get to see that amount nor have i seen it on my statements or any slip after i had made a payment, how can that be? Why would i want to pay for another 14 months for something that i never agreed to, the best option now is to collect your bed and what will then happen to the 10 months that i have already paid... please please advise..!
