I have e-mailed Airtel on many occasions in an attempt to resolve the following issues and to have my subscriptions returned. I have a series of follow up e-mails sent by myself, none of which has received a reply. You will have to scroll quite a bit down this box in order to see ALL of the e-mails.
Thanking you in advance for any assistance you may provide.
Regards
Austin Ellis.

Can you please explain the difference between the following highlighted parts of the attached e-mail, where you advise me to present my details and another person states it cannot be done. As you can also see by the following communication from your company, I was NEVER advised with regard to deactivation, instead I was only told to add money to my account. Last of all, I still await the answers to my four questions, as listed below. Forgive my stance on this matter, however I hope you will understand my frustration.

Unanswered questions
1. As you can see from my previous e-mails, when I was instructed to top up my account and to use my phone within 90 periods etc. Foreign Visa Expiration was never mentioned or I would not have topped up my account.?
2. Because of business commitments I will be unable to return to India until early November, will I still be able to retain my numbers, and just as importantly, have my credit carried forward.? Your answers in No3 contradict each other
3. Can you suggest any way I can obtain secure numbers in order to avoid a repetition of the above. For example a contract, although I only spend about six months in India on a tourist visa.?
I am sorry to ask so many questions, but as you are the only person who has had the courtesy to reply (See question 2) I have to make the most of your contact. Once more I thank you for your interest and look forward to hearing your response.
Warmest regards
Austin Ellis.

I am still awaiting for a reply and explanations to the attached e-mail. You may rest assured I will NOT let this matter rest until I have had an explanation, in particular to my stolen subscriptions. I hope I do not have to escalate my complaint, but unless this matter is attended to I will have no choice.
