Not a good service
I signed up with this company when it was The Right One after seeing signs for "voorheessingles.com" around my neighborhood. I signed up for it on October 24, 2007 after a two-hour interview with Shannon at their local office, and paying $4, 200.00 for an 18-month membership. Because I do not drive, The Right One guaranteed me only one match a year; and in general, they provided just that. I met my first match on November 14, 2007 and we had a relationship for seven months before I broke it off, because she had a young son who didn't want to share his mom. I had two dates in 2008 in which there was no spark; and one on January 4, 2009 in which we did not hit it off. I had gotten about a half dozen referrals during 2008 and 2009 where we got in contact but for some reason never went out. On February 20, 2010 I got a referral in the mail and called her up. She called me back and practically yelled at me that she was already involved with someone else from The Right One. After the call ended I returned the referral sheet requesting that my membership on hold. In December, 2010 I got a letter saying that as of December 1, 2010 The Right One had closed its Cherry Hill, NJ office. A few days later I got a letter from an outfit called "Truly Happy" offering to extend my membership at no cost. Because of then-upcoming gall bladder surgery I ignored the letter. In June, 2011 I got a letter from Elove Matchmaking offering the same thing as "Truly Happy" as long as I "complete and sign the enclosed form" and "return it [to us] by July 17, 2011". No, thank you. Their nearest offices to me are in northern NJ (I am about an hour south of Trenton) and in King of Prussia, PA (north of Philadelphia). I tend to like women more than they like me. I haven't had a date since January 4, 2009 or a relationship since June 11, 2008; and while I would like to be with someone, I am a "truly happy" single person.

Misleading information; Non customer-oriented
The agency "eLove.com" is a misleading Matchmaking service that charges $4, 000 to introduce you to people who you can find on the Internet!! The poor and inadequate service they provide is not commiserate with the amount they charge. They are misleading and promise matches according to your requests, for example education, age, etc. The first match I was prvided with was somewhat close to what I had specified; however all subsequent matches were absolutely not: unemployed, socially awkward; etc. I had been misled to believe their service was in another catagory of matchmaking. SO far, their service is worst than what I would find online. They tell you what you want to hear, make promises, and deliver nothing close to what you discussed!
I was able to finally speak to the Director of eLove at their corporate headquarters in Tulsa, Oklahoma. As I tried to relate to him my dissatisfaction regarding the service and level matchmaking I had experienced, he called me "Rude" and hung up on me. I am thinking of going a step further and reporting him and the service to the better buiness bureau, as well as local news stations. Let's see if one of his "people" call me back and rectify this poor track record!
