I have send a cancellation letter through to cell c on the 1st of February stating that they must cancel my 3 current contracts at the end of February. They send me a sms confirming that the contracts will be cancelled end of February. Today 1 March another payment went off my bank account for the same contracts. I phoned the service provider in Benoni Lakeside mall that I wanted to end my contracts.
Now the lady tells me that I have to come to the shop to cancel it personally. Why must this be done. I have send the letter 30 days prior to cancellation and still this wasn't done. Please let me know urgently how must I handle this situation.
