Embarq's technican accidentally disconnected by telephone line by a difference telephone provider at my apartment complex.
I have been on the phone with them for over 5 hours trying to get them to come back and fix my line. I have been given the complete ran around by Embarq. The soonest they can come out an fix it is the next day. My land line is sole communication to my job where I am on call for positions and the call start at 5:30am each day Embarq told me that they cannot come out until 8am and now I am out a days work. I explained to embarq that is was not acceptable for them to take 24 hrs to repair their mistake. I called their FLA call center cause they do not have a center in Las Vegas and spoke to Miguel an Head Superivisor he told that the Las Vegas Repair Supervior for Techs Mark Allen say that the tech is area was held up and would not be able to come out. Now I called them at 3:15pm and I got this response from Miguel at 7:00pm. Ask for the number to their corporate office complaint he told me that he was forward my information to Corp but could nit provide a time nor day that I would hear from them.I called thier repair line a 3rd time to check and see is Miguel or Mark Allen created a repair for them to come out and fix it, due the fact that I am not an Embarq customer no one can provide with a repair ticket get my line reconnected. I do not feel that should have to call my provider and occur possible fee for them to repair Emabrq's mistake.I cannot believe that lack of professionalism and customer service they provide. I will never ever become a Embarq customers if they provide this type of customer service I feel sorry for their actual customers. THEY SUCK!!!
