EMBARQ/Virginia Reviews

November 6, 2008 Unorganized and Unprofessional/ Poor Customer Service I requested local services only. They start sending me bills for unlimited long distance. I refuse to pay for a service that I did not use or request. Represenatives talk to you very unprofessionally.
