I tried to do an online order through a comapny named Simpexity for some cell phones on 02/04/2011 and the order did not go through, then that same day i decided to go through the actual vendor Sprint and that order did not go through either..So i was told that the funds would be back in my account in 3-5 business days. That has yet to happen and it is now 02/05/2010 the amount is over 1000.00 still pending hold...I have spoke to over a dozen reps there and i have been told in order to release the pending hold i would need to get the fax number from the merchant which is nearly impossible like i advised H&R Block because the have a million fax numbers..H&R Block stated that is the only way to credit my money back..I have spoke to several supervisors and team leads and nothing has been done..I spoke with both of the merchants and they have asssured me they have sent the authorization letters more than once and they even told me the fax number they sent it to which is in fact H& R Blocks...I have yet to receive my money back and am very dissappointed with Emerald Card and will never in life do business with them again..I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau because something has to be done
