Emergency Response Network Reviews

Fred May 4, 2009
Bad service
I am not certain exactly where this company is located although the local Las Vegas, NV office is located at: 4545 W. Spring Mountain Road. All I can tell you is that their service SUCKS! Everyone and anyone who has anything to do with the ERN (Emergency Response Network, Inc. (now changed to IASG, Integrated Alarm Services Group, Inc.) should check their agreement immediately if you are thinking of using their home protection alarm services. They have a clause, (in small print) that they will automatically renew your contract every three years even without your permission unless you notify them in writing at least 30-days prior to the renewal date. In our situation we upgraded our phone service to digital which would not work with the alarm service and we are still stuck for another 9-months at $34.95 per month even though the service us USELESS. On top of that when I have called them to ask for tech support you have to leave voice mail and NOBODY EVER CALLS YOU BACK!!! Anyone and everyone please check this out at once and if you are unsatisfied with your service I encourage you to send your letters of cancellation as soon as possible.
