i placed an order with this company on 2/20/2011 and then another order on 2/31/2011 when i placed the order the vp of oporation asured me that the products that i ordered would be delivered buy thurs 10 2011 i gave a little cusion for shipping because at that time our weather in this country was quite xtream and texas was suffering from an ice storm but the folloeing monday the 14th of feb i still did not recieve my shipment so i called mr randy nolan who i placed the order with originally and he didnot have an answer for as why i hadent recived it yet, he the claimed that he would call me or email me the tracking info as soon as he returned to his shop, needeless to say i recieved no such call nor email as well it has been three weeks since i should have received my order and yet nothing ive sent numorouse emails and have called several times only to speak with a machine to leave a voice message. i spent 1280.83 cents with this company and paid in full as well and as soon as that was established ive heard or seen nothing of them since. ive attached proof of purchse to tis complaint to assure that i am not just posting a bogus complaint beware of this company that is suposedly owned and oporated buy a former soldier and peace officer ithat is true then they or he should know bwtter, respectfully t, breeden
