Sold me a piece of cr%p
I bought an Emerson plasma tv in February of this year and within a couple of months of having the tv my remote decided not to work. There is no way to get in touch with the company. Their manual simply says to go back to the store in which you made your purchase. I bought it at Wal-Mart and did not get the extended warranty. They won't help me. The problem is the infared sensor on the tv. Bought a brand new universal remote and it will not work. EMERSON *** AND I TELL THAT TO EVERYONE!!!

Junk
Emerson microwaves are JUNK with a triple capital “J” … and I mean JUNK! Not even one month old, and the thing will not turn off. I’ve called Emerson a dozen times to complain and keep getting an answering service (no live person). I have the receipt, but it is past the 30 days (just a few), and the rotten company which carries this ROTTEN microwave told me I had to contact the vendor. I will never purchase any thing from that store again as the person who recommended it was the same person who gave no help when the thing died out. Likewise, Emerson products are JUNK, and it’s worth spending the extra few bucks for something that will last a while (and where you’ll get decent customer service). BEWARE: Emerson products are JUNK!

Absolute junk
This CD player, like the one before it is absolute junk.
Stopped wiorking in 3 weeks. Messages appear on the screen that are unexplained by the owners manual. No matter what is tried the unit will not operate correctly. Unpluggint it and then reinserting the plug does no good. The instruction sheet is of little value. The biggets joke is the second sentence in the instruction sheet. "The Emerson brand is your assurnace of quality, performance and value.
I wish the Customs Service could somehow prevent this garbage from crossing the border into the US from Canada
Avoid this product unless you enjoy wasting your money.

Money scam
It broke fairly easily and I had it for a short amount of time! and when it did work, it sucked! It didn't respond to my touch at all!
It had good sound and good picture, but that didn't really matter if I couldn't get to the song I wanted to get to!
Please tell me it had a warrantee or garrantee on it! It cost over $70! We can't just throw money down the drain!
