Dear Sirs, I ordered ONE set from this company, and they charged me for TWO. The set I ordered was all marked, and smelt of oil, so I sent it back three weeks ago.

I want this order cancelled altogether.

I see on the complaint section that this company has done this to many people, this is an outrage, this takes advantage of people. Can I be helped by you?

On 12/15/09 at 7:30 pm I ordered the product on their website. After reviewing the charges I realized that they had mislead me in the product charges and the shipping. I called 10 minutes later to cancel the order, they said they could no anything about the order until 8:30 am the next day, even though I had the confirmation order number via e-mail. I called 8:45 am the next day to cancel and they said it was too late, it had already been shipped. I told them they said there was nothing they could do that evening and they told me to call the next day to cancel but when I called they said it was too late. I do not believe this is a business that should be on the web And that their practices are misleading. I was told I could refuse the package or, if it was left at my door, to return it to the post office. I am disabled and cannot get to the post office without incurring a taxi both ways. They ddi however, deduct $32.00 in shipping charges. If they did nothing wrong, why would they refund me this money? Please check them out for my benefit as well as for others.
