Sub: Return of Telephone Bills through ECS – Bill Nos.2483931,
2483707 – Bill dated 5/6/2009 for Rs.3, 282 and Rs.1513 - Reg
We bring to your notice that we were informed that the above mentioned bills were returned through ECS with a remark of “ECS MANDATE NOT RECEIVED FROM CUSTOMER”.
We hereby state that we are paying these above mentioned bills through ECS since 2002 and never returned. During 2002 the original mandate is submitted to you and after endorsement of our bankers, The Vysya Bank Limited, Gayatri Nagar Br we have submitted the same to Telephone dept.. We also bring to your notice another telephone bill of 2470805 was passed without problem.
We are very much unhappy for non acceptance of our bills through ECS and paid the bills with surcharge at a later date. Thus we lost 1% discount on our bill amounts and paid surcharge after pay by date for which no fault from our side.
In view of the above, we request you to kindly see the matter and take steps to pay our telephone bills through ECS.
