So, when I spoke to Rose with EMI Encore Marketing she told me that I authorized the transaction when I entered my last four of my card number during that call with the first sales guy. I politely told her that I did not authorize anything with EMI and that if I am charged the current pending transaction that I would gladly take that company and any other company to court for fraud and/or theft, and I would live a rich and fat life off of the winnings.
