As a desperate pensioner, I paid 1/4 of my total monthly income for this program. When I realised that it is not what they advertised, I applied for a refund. They let me know that refunds are only done by telephone. The number they gave me, does not excist. Ive read numerous complaints from other people, going back some months. Today I received the same advert from this Emily Thomas for the same product. Is there no way that someone can stop her? Can you please give me advice as what to do to get my money back.
