Awful service
We purchased two chairs along with the Stain Safe warranty in April of 2007.We filed a claim and received a response from Stain Safe on Dec. 3, 2007 that the parts would be delivered in 8 to 12 weeks. My wife began calling the middle of March to find out what was happening with our chair. She called every week since and was told that it wasn't the store it was Stain Safe, or it was being handled by the main office. When she called the main office, they were waiting on the warehouse, or they were waiting on the store to ok it. At any rate I finally got involved June 13 and they started the same thing with me. I told them never mind just give me my $149.99 back that we paid for this so called Stain safe warranty. Again more run around. Finally I was told that the owner would call me on Sat. June 14, 2008, that they wanted me to explain to him what was happening. He Didn't call. Instead some lady calls and wants to pick up my chair. They conveniently had the part (fabric) All of a sudden after seven months of run around. I told them we had passed that point, and that I did not want any more to do with them.Just give me back my money.Today June 16, 2008 the owner finally calls and in short says I will not get my money back because I have used the service already. I say no I have only attempted to use the service unsuccessfully.In my opinion this company is only interested in making the sale and not taking care of the customer unless they are pushed to do so. From the day we bought the chairs to today they have mishandled everything.Bottom line buyer beware when you deal with these people.
