Crew Attitude
Dear Sir
Kindly note that we were treated badly with the one of the cabin crew
i was travelling with infant & i asked her to get worm water fror the baby milk she asked me to wait for one hour as she is busy.
pushing my bag with her leg.
giving as the food like she through it not serve.
the way she talking to client is really bad & She suppose not to be emirates staff at all

Lost luggage claim never prossesed
Hi there

I have a claim going on since last Oct. please have a look at the attached files and forms for the reference. (claim No. IKAEK36983/26Nov09/0659GMT)

I have made few phone calls since but not a proper answer or decision made yet.

I was travelling from London to Tehran, my luggage was never received when I arrived in Tehran, completed the relevant forms and I had to come back to London after few days, I have never been contacted about this claim and I do not know what to do next.
It is appreciated if you could finalize this claim and sort my problem out with Emirates.

Loss due to mistake of Emirates staff
The Manager

Dear Sir,

We would like to bring it to your kind notice that while traveling to Dammam, Saudi Arabia via Dubai we had very bad experience. We had booked ticket for Dammam and collected boarding pass after your staff had checked our passport and visa documents in Chennai, India. But, while boarding the Dammam flight in Dubai air port, we were off-loaded and because we did not have visa for Saudi Arabia. After this, we had to undergo series of harassment by your staffs in Dubai airport. Finally, we were forced to come back to Chennai by the next flight (EK544: Seat nos. 37A & 37B) on 25/07/2009. This type of harassment is unimaginable for us.

Because of this, we have suffered a business loss of over Rs. 3, 00, 000/= and also our valuable time. Therefore, we humbly claim to compensate this loss and the to and fro fares for both of us (Rs. 23695+Rs. 22648 = Rs. 46343). The total compensation amount is Rs.3, 46, 343/=. We are not claiming the other expenses.

Loss of Baggage
Dear Sir,

I booked my 2 baggages from Delhi by EK0511 on 05.12.2008 to Beira. The Baggage Tags given to me were having following Nos
EK400459
EK400458
At Beira i got only one bag and bag having the Tag no EK4000458 is yet to be received by me. I am unable to get any confirmation from the LAM airlines by which i flew from JNB air port to Beira. Can you please advise me the latest status of my bag and when i can expect the same as all our clothings are in this bag.

I TAVELED IN EMIRATES AIR LINES IN OCTOBER FROM NEWYORK TO KARACHI, IN FLIGHT THERE IS NO SPECIFIED SEAT FOR DISABLED PERSON IN SIDE PLANE VERY CONDJUSTED .WHEN I ARRIVED AT KARACHI MY LUGGAGE WAS MISSING AND MY WHEEL CHAIR SCOOTER WAS DAMAGED BADLY I LAUNCHED CLAIMS ONE FOR MY BAGAGE AND ONE FOR MY WHEEL CHAIR SCOOTER .IN REGARD OF MY BAGAGE I RECEIVED AFTER 10 DAYS AND IN SEARCH OF MY BAG I FOUND MY 2 ITEMS WERE STOLEN ONE OF MY I POD AND OTHER WAS MY WATCH NOTED THAT THIS BAG I OPENED IN FRONT OF THE STAFF OF EMIRATES AIR LINES, I ALSO LAUNCHED CLAIM OF MY STOLEN ITEMS.
SINCE NOW TODAY IS MARCH 25TH 2008 MY CASE STILL NOT DECIDED, EMIRATES AIR LINES OFFERING ME THE AMOUNT $1651 AGAINST MY WHOLE CLAIMS.WHERE AS WHEEL CAHIR SCOOTER IS AROUND $3000.DUE TO LATE BAGAGE RECEIVED I SPENT AMOUNT IN KARACHI THEY SAID ME YOU SEND US YOUR ALL BILLS SO I SENT THEM ALL MY BILLS WHICH ARE AROUND $1250
SO MY TOTAL AMOUNT OF CLAIM IS $3000+1250+1500(STOLEN ITEMS).SO HOW CAN I ACCEPT $1651 AGAINST MY CALIM .I AM REALY FACING VERY BAD DAYS.I ALSO OFFERED EMIRATES AIR LINES IF THEY THINK THEY CAN REPAIR IYT PLEASE REPAIR IT ON THEIR BEHALF ANDTAKE FUTURE RESPOSIBILITY BUT THEY ARE NOT EVEN GIVE ME ANY ANSWER AGAINST MY OFFER .
IN MY OPINION I MUST SAY PLEASE NEVER SELECT EMIRATE AIR LINES SPECIALLY FOR THOSE WHO ARE DISABLED PERSONS .ON DUBAI AIR PORT GROUND STAFF OF EMIRATES AIR LINES BEHAVIOUR WAS VERY TEASING AND HATEFUL WITH DISABLED PERSONS.

Complaint of Jewelry Theft in Checked in Baggage.
Sub:- Complaint of Jewelry Theft in Checked in Baggage.


I Was traveling by Emirates Flight No EK – 502 Dubai – Mumbai on 16 August. I have checked in the Big 32 Kg Baggage initially. But Before boarding the plane the Emirates officer fixed a tag on my hand carry luggage and took it away from me. The tag No given to me for this bag was EK 265731 with barcode.

On arrivalat Mumbai Airport I got my baggage with the lock in place. After coming home when I opened the lock and the bag it was found that the following Items were missing from it :-
• Four Gold Bangles :- Weight 27 grams with the receipt.
• One set of earrings :- Small baby earrings.
• One Titan Edge watch.
This matter is serious as I have a doubt on the baggage handling staff at Dubai Airport , They have the access to see X-RAY of the baggage and they picked up all the valuables from my bag.
