I had a confirmed reservation on EK241 from Dubai to Montreal in Business Class on Feb.29 Emirates overbooked the Business Class and because of wrong direction from the ground staff not only did I end up in Economy Class but the ground staff kept my ticket and baggage claim for one suitcase. The Cabin supervisor was helpful to ensure that someone would look after me in Toronto.
My suitcase never arrived in Toronto. The Senior Airport Services Agent arranged for my connecting flight to Montreal and assure me that I would be contacted after providing my address within 24 hours. This is more than 24 hours and I cannot reach anyone in Toronto to inform me of the status of my baggage. I am flying back through Toronto on March 7 and I need to find my luggage or to know how to proceed for a claim.
