Emirates Marketing Management, Ajman - UAE is doing inappropriate practice and cheating job seekers and recruitment agencies. They are putting advertisement in Gulf News mentioning that they will require Security Guards, Cleaners (easily available candidates) and they need manpower from Bangladesh, Pakistan, India (where candidates are ready to join immediately and bulk candidates can be found easily). They are issuing fake Demand Letters to recruitment agencies and telling them that this is free recruitment and they will pay one month salary of candidate to recruitment agents after successful deployment of candidates.

After issuing fake Demand Letter, they ask recruitment to pay AED 100 per candidate as typing fees to speed up the process. This 100 dh is refundable after issue of visa. As they are issuing demand of 150 to 200 candidates, they collect 15000 dh to 20000 dh from recruitment agents and give them receipt also. They ask recruitment agent to sign a form as a formality. It is registration form where it is mentioned that registration fees is non-refundable. If recruitment agent ask them that they are paying for typing (not for registration), they they tells that it is a formality only.

After receipt of payment they ask one week time to provide IN Number of typing documents. After one week if recruitment agent contact they again request for one week. In such way they waste the time of recruitment agents. They inform recruitment agents that typing is almost done and within a day or two they will provide IN Numbers. After 3 to 4 weeks they tell that their client's Trade License is expired hence they cannot proceed further and they will not return the money because recruitment agent has signed registration form where it is mentioned that fees is non-refundable.

It is totally illegal and fraud. They issue demand letter on their company letterhead and there is nowhere mentioned that the visa will be issued by their client.
They ask money for typing (not for registratoin)

If recruitment agent pressure them then they inform that they are calling few candidates on visit visa and their visa will be transferred to employment visa upon arrival, but this is only in words...no action is taken.

They stop receiving calls from recruitment agents and if recruitment agent send their representative to their officel they dont allow him to meet their managers.

They clearly telling that they will not return money at any cost.

They are putting advertisement in Gulf News everyday (classifieds).
