Complaint about Lost luggage

I booked wheelchair, due to health reason. While flight changing at Dubai Terminal, at that time the wheelchair attadent didn't delivery my hand bag. so, I was worried whole my journey from dubai to toronto, canada.
After reaching pearson international airport, canada, I verbally talked with Emirates, air lines staff person ( flight attadent) and he advised me to complain via Internet, because we don't have regular office at pearson air port, canada.

Incompetent service
Allow me to express my complete and utter shock and dissatisfaction with the services I have received from Emirates airlines, specifically those in the Sandton Call centre.
On the 16th of November I paid for airline tickets, to Dubai, for flights on the 21st of December return on the 27th December. I received an email prompting me to wait 6 days and I will receive my E-ticket. After 1 week I received an email stating that my booking was cancelled. I called the call centre agents but no one could give me an answer as to why I had not yet received my E-tickets. I called every alternate day to follow up, but was simply told each and every time to call back in two days. I was told that the query is being escalated to Gert. I called back 5 times to speak to Gert. He was unavailable each time. I left messages each time for Gert to return my calls. He has not yet returned my calls. Today I contacted the call centre and they requested that I send them my bank statements showing that the amount actually left my account, proof of payment as well as the banking details I used when making payment as they claim they cannot locate the payment. I have submitted all of these documents but STILL no one could tell me what the problem is.
I myself went through pains and many phone calls to locate the telephone number of one of the staff members in the accounts department at Emirates. I received confirmation from this staff member, stating that this amount has reflected on their account and they have received payment. Is there no communication in this office? Can Gert or one of the call centre agents not confirm with the accounts department that payment was received? Are Emirates staff so incompetent that we, as their clients, need to teach them how to do their work?
One of the reasons I chose to book with Emirates, despite their ticket costs being higher than other airlines, when traveling is because of their reputation as being a world class airline and their excellent services I received in the past. I am saddened to realize that their service has gone to the dogs!
I am definitely not considering Emirates as my next airline choice. I would rather choose a much cheaper airline where I would not have to deal with such a disservice!

property stolen from baggage
My sister travelled from dubai to hyderabad through emirates on 21 november '09 which was connecting from USA. We received her in airport and after reaching home we realised that the baggage was opened and valuables of $500 were stolen, there is no doubt it was stolen in Hyderabad airport and Emirates ground staff has done this as no other person in airport is allowed to touch the baggage except emirates, I request to recover the belongings as follow 1. Wii game console INR 10, 000, 2. Two nos digital still camera's INR 15, 000.

mal traité dans l'avion, voyageant en 1ere classe
je suis parti d'abidjan le 8 juin 2009 sur le vol: EK 788 sur le coupont c'est marqué etkt 1762118254083-1 allant
à paris en passant par dubai ; j'ai voyagée en premiere classe pour etre bien traité.
pendant le vol j'ai demandée au steward s'il yavait une hotesse qui parlais un peu le francais il m a repondu par la negation ensuit je lui est demandé de me mettre un film puisse que sur ces ligne en premiere il m a fait savoir qu'il fallait que je passe par lui pour avoir un film, tenez vous bien pour 10 heures de traget je n'ai eu droit qu'a une heure de film parce tout le monde etaient occupé et il y avait personne pour me mettre un film. après pour manger comme personne ne pouvait m'aider puisse que ne commprenant pas un peu le francais, j'ai pris un repas que je ne pouvais pas digérée ;j'ai très mal voyagé, quant je pense que c'est moi avec mes econmie qui me suis pris le billet à plus de 4500 euro je suis ecoeuré . j'espere que le retour sera mieux.parce que je fais voyager toute ma famille sur cette compagnie j'ai besoin que mon retour sur abidjan se passe bien. no power in row
dear sirmadam
on monday the 5oct i took a connecting flight from dubai to south africa at 4:40am. once aboard the aircraft our monitors did not work( the whole of the 3 seater ). we informed the staff however we got told that they would come on once the engines started as there was not enough power. we missed the safety instructions and 20min into the flight we complained again and were told that there was no power in our row and there would be no television entertainment for the 8hr journey. we were offerd magazines but i dont see how that would of helped as the overhead reading lights were not working either. i then needed a drink of water during the flight and could not call the attendant as the button wasnt powerd either and i was seated at the window with 2 sleeping passengers beside me. the flight was terrible and at the end of the flight we were given a small bag of gifts including a pack of cards which we could have done with 8hrs prior, same applies to the earplugs, eyemasks, toothbrush ect.the reason i fly emirates is i know its of good standards with brilliant entertainment however i feel extremly let down and frustrated i paid the same as all the other passengers on board but was not given the same benfits, i feel i deserve some compensation atleast.

On the 9th Sept my friend and I were booked to travel from Khartoum to Dubai by Emirate fligth, because of some technical problem the flight was cancelled on the mentioned day. We had an on word booking which was effected by delay in Emirate flights. We informed the Emirate staff on ground that if we travel the next day we would have already missed our onward booking. Our onward booking was not with Emirates flights. The Emirates staff on ground they told us that it is responsibility of Emirates to rebook your onward tickets and you would not have any problem onward, because you could not catch your onward flight because of delay in Emirates flight, Emirate will rebook you on the other airlines eventhough it is not Emirates.
We leave Khartoum the next day on 10th Sept 09, arriving in Dubai and checking with customer service, they told has that the they has not rebooked us on the airlines that we were supose to travel onward from Dubai, they were saying this is not Emirate's responsiblity. We told them about confirmation from staff on ground in Khartoum but they were rejecting it.
Now we have register our complaint and would like the higher management of Emirates customer services to look into it.

"Customer Service"
Booking staff very friendly, but I ended up paying 43% more than the ticket price because they let me change the flight dates "for free" on the phone, but charged my card anyway. At the airport, I got a business card showing 2 phone numbers for customer service +49-69-95968845 and +49-69-95968827. Keeps ringing, but no answer.<br />
I will stop changing flight dates. In fact, I will stop using Emirates. Thanks for reading.

Rude and arrogant
I arrived at Dubai Airport on the 2nd September 2009 after a 14 hour flight from Sydney.
I had a 3 hour wait and I am a Skywards Silver Member. Now actually when I arrived in Dubai I would of racked up over 50, 000 points and was a Gold Memeber.
I asked to enter the Dubai Emirates lounge and they said no. I explained that I have the points to be a Gold member. I was upset because i wass looking forward to entering the lounge there first time. They just ignored me and were really quite rude.
I then caught a flight onto Paris. I asked the hostess how to make a complaint. I filled out the paper work during the flight and actually put my Skywards Silver card in the same envelope.
Why be a Skywards member and loyal customer when you are treated this way. Remember i had flown in excess of 50, 000 miles when I tried to enter the lounge at Dubai
In all honesty Emirates has the best service onboard the aircraft and i have flown on many airlines. But the ground staff are not the same and this is the second bad incident I have had in the last 3 months.
I am waiting for a explanation from Customer Service in Dubai.
I am giving Emirates a chance to investigate this complaint. If they do not respond and respond soon then I will be flying on another airline. I am sheduled to fly in excess of 100, 000 miles a year with Emirates this year.
We will see and decide from there

baggage
My name is michael sheffer and today i traveled to Dubai from JFK on flight EK202 and than to Uganda (EBB) on flight EK723. upon arrival in Uganda we went to baggage clam and found one of our bags was broken and open into. Once we got home, we opened our luggage and found out that we were missing some items.. The items that were missing were two new panasonic blood pressure machines- $70 each, new 2010 fox airline motocross pants-$150, toto shoes- $140 and a new diamond saw blade- $41 and all of the items can be documented.
