TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Although it has been awhile since my unpleasant travelling incident with your airlines in June 11, 2010. I have decided after a lot of though to indeed write to your Customer Service, as I will be travelling again in the near future and do prefer your airlines. So indeed I need to express my unpleasantness onf Flight #1402 Seat 25B to Charlotte to Houston(?). I was in the last seat in the back next to the restroom and everytime someone used the facilities of there was the banging of the door and the flushing of the toilet. Besides I was seated between two men one falling asleep on my shoulder and the other playing his computer games and the sounds etc. driving me crazy. Not wanting to cause any disturbance, I tried to cope. But I also had my own problems as I was on my to see my husband who had just had a heart attack in Houston. By the time I got to my destination I was frazzled that it tool me a couple of days to adjust from the unpleasantness. Unpleasant choice of flight but the unpleasant factors as well. Yes, it has taken me some time to advise you of this incident, but how many other passengers dont say anything but choose another airline. There must be some way that passengers can be assured of a little less hassle without making a point of it on the flight. I just wanted you to know my toughts.
