NON RECEIVAL OF SPEED POST SEND EVEN AFTER A MONTH

Complaint Rating:
I have send a very important document to Registrar IGNOU New Delhi on 28th November 2007 from Airport Post Office Kolkata. Even after a month the document is not delivered and above all cannot be tracked. Because of the urgency we use speed post. If this is the way this department works why call speed post? I need immediate action taken on this matter.
