Management is very, very poor. We have been lied to by management since moving here 1 year ago. They do not advertise, nor do they tell you until after you have paid your deposit and rent and moving in that water, trash and sewage is NOT included in the rent, which the tenant has to pay every month, i.e some apartments have washers and dryers, and pay the same amount per month as people who do not have washers and dryers. They false advertise on Rent.com. The complex manager sends out letters stating rent is due on the first, and come to find out there are people who are paying on the 3rd of the month or later and do not get charged a late fee on the second day of the month, and some even later. In the past year I have been here there have been 4 different lawn crews and 2 different garbage companies, and it is also a noted fact that they DO NOT pay their contractors. When we moved in the apartment and not been cleaned, the carpeting was NOT cleaned, and when I approached management about it, I was given a $50 credit, but even the carpet cleaning company could not clean my carpet for less than $75. I have been living with a stove with 1 leg missing and held up with wood, a bathroom sink that has leaked since I moved in, which took maintenance 11 months to fix, not to mention multiple other things that were not fixed. I even had to go back to the office and ask the manager for a check list when I moved in because there was not a check list attached with the lease, which also took me an additional week to receive. There are holes in the all the walls, wallpaper is taped on in square areas throughout the apartment, etcetera. People DO NOT let this manager, L. LeMessurier, scam you into renting here. There are only 45 units here and I have never seen such a BIG turnover. Renters BEWARE!!! She will tell you anything to get you to sign a lease, and then BOOM you are hit with additional costs up the rear!!!
