In this difficult time, when the unemployed are desperately searching for employment, a new area of opportunity has opened up for employment posting job sites. Scamming the public.

There appears to be no level of self-monitoring or "due diligence" being done by the spoonsors of these sites. The employment seekers are being
inundated by fraudulent listings that are comprised of marketing schemes, fake employment opportunities, staffing agencies, schools, etc.

Yahoo HOTJOBS seems to be the most prevelant "stalker" in the employment posting sites. Yahoo does not respond to the public protest of these misleading postings as they are a source of revenue for Yahoo.
Many sites charge to post ads and since the labor market is in such a
free-fall today, employment posting web sites are more than ready to accommodate any "shark" that is ready to take advantage of desperate and unemployed workers.

Since the hosts of these employment posting web sites cannot seem to operate on an ethical and professional level, it may be time to have some new legislation put in place to protect the public from their behavior.
