I called this company despite hearing some negative things about them on sites just like this. I wanted to give them a fair chance to see what they were all about and if they could actually help me achieve the position I was looking for.

I first spoke with a rep who was helpful about how wonderful they were at what they do, I started to specifically ask questions as to what exactly they would and how they would go about it. The rep could not answer most of the questions but insited that it all would become clear after I paid the initial fee. I then had the pleasure of speaking with a so called 'manager" or the "closer" who again could not really answer my questions. After stating that most of the positions are not published on their site due to their extensive background discussion with each client, I would then promoted and personally represented by them to these unpublished positions.

When I finally got this ridculous packaged from them, I called to inquire about faxing directly back to them as I was told I could do. I spoke to some idiot who is obviously inexperienced in the way business is done with porfessionals. I say this because when I tried to verify again the services that I was told they would provide when I spoke with the manager the previous week, he stated to me that is not how the program works at all. I again inquired why the discrepency? He apologized that I obviously misunderstood the conversation I had as though I was an idoit. I explained that I was told that after I returned this document I would be receiving a call from someone there to discuss the next step and go through this indepth background check with me to start marketing me to these unpublished positions.

I stated what you are telling me now is that I was lied to before? I said I would like a very clear explaination what your firm will do moving forward so I can make an informed decision if this is something I even want to do. I also commented that I had already paid for this service but thankfully put it on my Amex account and would easily be able to get it removed. He then put me on hold and when he came back he said that I my account was now cancelled and I would be refunded my money. Right before this however, he said that is was not refundable which pissed me off.

I than explianed to this boy who obviously is trained to lie and decieve that all I was wanting to do was confirm as to what exactly they were going to provide. What he insisted was that why would they want to do business with someone who was threating them by charging them back the fee. I was stunned to say the least when I heard this. How could I threaten you on anything when you haven't even provided any services at all. However, this is how scams work and I am pissed at myself that I even gave this two bit highly unprofessional company any of my time or money.

I have never taken the time to right anything negative about a company on any website before but they made me angry enough for me to take the time to do so. Please, Please, Please trust your instincts and do not even bother with calling these fools. I am hopeful with enough complaints the BBB of California will shut these fools down for not only be fraudulent but they are not even good at their own scam!
