Just as the author of another complaint had stated, Sean Whalen and his team of "experts", basically high school graduates looking for a job, really have no business selling real estate much less anything else- buying bulk tax liens from all around the country and then purporting to sell to investors for pennies on the dollar. It's more like dollars on the penny from what I can tell and I got sucked into this scam thanks to one of the "gurus" in the business who passed on my contact information to Sean as if it were stamped with his approval. That's where I made a mistake of trusting the "guru" and falling for the scheme where I paid $2100 for a piece of land that's worth less than half that. And now Sean's partner has agreed to buy it back from me for the price I paid- probably just to keep me from filing complaints such as this where I'm trying to bring it to the public's attention what crooks these guys are. And to think they're partnering with sports teams in Utah as if they're the proud sponsors of a such activities. Hah! Good luck, crooks!
