Product not yet delivered

I ordered a Casio Watch from www.ioffer.com. This is my first purchase with the company and The watch was ordered on the 24 of August and the same was shipped on the 28th of August (using EMS China Courier Service) and was reflected by the tracking number provided.

This is the tracking number: EE292612625CN.

It was told that the shipment of product will take 8-10 days.

After 1st September 2010, the tracking number has ceased to show any updates (in updates from EMS it says your item was handed to customs (Republic of India, Delhi Par), and there is no way i can check from EMS China.

very frustrating- as of today, Saturday September 11, it has been over 2 weeks and way past the 8-10 days that was promised.

Delayed Delievered

I ordered a bag from www.pursestock.com. This would be my third purchase with the company and both previous shipments done by EMS went fine and were delivered on the time guaranteed. This time however was different. The bag was ordered on the 27 of November and the bag was shipped on the 28th of November and was reflected by the tracking number provided.

You will get your order in 8--10 working days.

After November 28th, the tracking number has ceased to show any updates, and my supplier told me over and over that the US post office has to update it, which seems strange, but that is what EMS told them. They also said that I should contact the EMS in US Post Office, whatever that means, and there is zero way to get in touch with EMS either in China or out.
