Unauthorized charges
Two months of unauthorized charges $9.99 each. I want the subscription canceled and i want credit to my account. I have canceled in april and still receiving charges!

FRAUD !
I feel that a state AG or a federal fraud investigation should be started regarding this company, as to deceptive intent as well as a website that is impossible to navigate through to cancel without actually signing up again! I had to call my credit card company for 6 continuous months to get a charge from them reversed after receiving a cancellation confirmation email.

MISLEADING OFFER/UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES/NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Emusic.com is a huge RIP OFF. They sent me an email wanting me to come back to them. I opened the email and there was a message briefly dicussing the offer and a link that says "See Details." When I clicked on it, it automatically activated my account so I cancelled immediately. (this was in an email they sent to me about my account activity " Start: Jun 4, 2008 2:49:20 PM End: Jul 4, 2008 2:49:26 PM). However, I noticed that they charged me $9.99. I sent several emails to get a refund but they said that they couldn't because I agreed to the offer. When I explained to them that the offer was misleading because it only said "see details, " and I assumed that going there would just give me more details on the offer. They still said they can't refund me for having an active account for 6 seconds. All the emails appear to be form letters so I called the 800 number on my cc statement but it to was automated. THEY INTENTIONALLY SEND MISLEADING EMAILS, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY ARE A SCAM, DON'T USE THEM!!!

Rip off on Music and not being able to cancel
Bought an MP3 player from QVC. These signed up via the internet to download the free songs. Was supposed to be able to cancel after my trial period. But to no avail. I tried to cancel via email and ended up with another additional charge. There is no way they let you cancel.
Can't someone get to these people and stop this rip off.

I have sent e-mails and called and now im coming here because im getting charged for something I Cancelled many times...These people are rip offs and should be shut down...

Unauthorize charge
Sign up 4 trial offer next thing i know get statement from bank that im have a overdraft on 2 charges comre to find out there a charge of 9.99 threw my acct out of balance.

unrequested billing
I did not request a subscription, but was billed $9.99 by my credit card which was required for a free trial by their web site. Then, since this was bill without my approval, my account bounced and I was charged an additional $55.oo. I was lucky that my bank refunded the additional charges, but I have not been able to get a response back from this company and I am afraid they will make another fee charge without my knowledge or approval.
