I never agreed to a contract with En-touch Systems. I had a contract with a company that they purchased, so when I received the bill from En-touch I called to cancel, but they kept sending the bills. After 3 months, 4 more bills and several calls to cancel yet again, they are saying I still owe them because I never cancelled in writing. Nobody told me that in those calls before.<br /><br />
The manager Arleen was EXTREMLY rude and she even hang the phone on me.<br /><br />
