Enclave looks nice on the outside and the people seem very friendly..but that's only to get you in. @ first me and my husband made an agreement with the apt that we wanted a second story. They then called us @ the last minute and told us they only had a 3rd story available. FIRST RED FLAG!. We agreed but before we signed the lease we needed to see the apartment. We walked around and the carpet was really nasty and there was a big hole in the living room carpet. We Asked them about it and they said they would take care of it. They never did. Once we moved in, there were also other things that weren't taken care of. We had no cold water, we didn't have a towel rake and some of the window blinds were missing. I went down to get this taken care of with them only so they could blow me off for a couple of weeks. Recently UPS dropped off a box for me and they signed for it. Once i went down to pick it up they said it wasn't there.I talked to corporate and they pretty told me they don't care in so many words. How careless. They said it wasn't stolen and they never recieved it. I've never recieved service like this and wouldn't recommend this place for anybody who's looking for quality service. Talk about people that only treat you as number!
