This job is CRAP! They lure you in with promises of "management" and owning your own business, but its basically a jacked up pyramid sceme. They bill themselves out as a "world class marketing firm", but its a business model where you have to recruit others to rise to the next level(i.e. of the pyramid). They glamorize walking around home depot signing up leads for "free kitchen designers", with management "potential" within 6 months. They say the pay, which is straight commission, is fabulous, but you'll be lucky to make $300 a week. Sure, the fearless leader, Molly Snyder, pays you if your commission falls below minimum wage, but she takes that money back from your next paycheck. So basically plan on 40+ hours in Home Depot, talking to people that basically scream at you for soliciting. Thats not including the hours in the "office", basically a watered down pep rally that tries to get you all "juiced" up for another day of a thankless job. The turnover rate is staggering, thats why they're always advertising on Craigslist, Monster, Careerbuilder, etc. Dont let them bullshit you if you are dumb enough to take this job, they are ALWAYS hiring because they cant keep a staff. This is barely marekting, let alone a career. DONT GET SUCKED IN!
