Da Vinci Teeth Whitening- Unethical Business Practices!

Da Vinci Teeth Whitening stole before and after pictures from my website, even though they werent my supplier and i had nothing to do with this company. These pictures were taken by my partner of her sister. When i realized after looking at their site www.DaVinci teeth whitening.com i realized they had stolen my pictures from my web site. they copy and pasted it to theirs. I contacted them to ask them to please take those pictures off their site because they belong to me. They said to me how do we know your not just some fly by night telling us you own the pictures. prove to us they are yours send us the originals. so i said im not stupid why would i send you the originals. i even told them we took the pictures on a digital camera that had the date stamped on it. they still didnt believe me. so i faxed them a copy of the original which shows our models nose down to her chin but on the website we cropped it so just her teeth and mouth area are showing. our model has 3 birth marks on her lips which i mentioned that to them and they said so did theirs. no 2 people have the exact same birth marks in the same places. i also said we know you stole them because you used the same file name as us. we had julie/before julie/after. and they never changed the file name until now. only because we brought it to their attention they used they same file name they werent even smart enough to change it. after all that they wanted my copy right number which i gave them. So even after showing them all the evidence they were arrogant and unfriendly. they still have not removed my pictures off their site they now cropped them so you cant see the birth marks but they are the same lips and teeth. they are sneaky. I spent money to have these pictures copy righted and my web site. instead of removing them from their site they continue to use them illegal.they are rude and unprofessional.and they steal copy righted material and make people think they are their before and after pictures from their product. i have never bought product from them. they havent even responded back to me other than they will check it out. They should be shut down from having a web site with false pictures that arent theirs. and from stealing copy righted material.
I do not or ever did buy my supplies from them.( DaVinci) After this experience i will definitley never buy anything from DaVinci.They have NO MORAL VALUES and they have unethical business practices!!!
They are not someone id do business with they cant be trusted and they LIE! They are trying to tell me they arent my pictures ok we took them and have the originals but they arent mine??? stealing copy righted material there are fines to pay. so hopefully they will get kicked off having a web site since they are lieing about the pictures being used on a source of theirs. we can have the model identify that it is her mouth and she took the pictures in the year 2007.
so i thought people would want to know they arent a good company to do business with.
