I received a letter in the mail from this company stating my extended warranty on my car was up. I called the number on the letter and told the rep Dexter that I have already purchased an extended warranty when I purchased the car. Dexter explain that it would be in my best interest to cancel the warranty i prior purchased because he could offer me a bumper to bumper extended warranty for 4 yrs for two payments of $234.50. i thought that was a great deal and it would save me a lot of money so I did cancel my prior extended warranty and gave Dexter an immediate payment of $234.50. About two and a half weeks later I received all the documents for this policy and and shock to see that the policy was over $4000 ! It was set up to take over $200 a month from the original credit card i made the payment with. I immediately called Dexter and he was very nasty to me. He rushed me off the phone and said he would call me back. He never called back and i called again demanding my money back and the policy to be cancelled immediately. Dexter assured me that he cancelled my policy and i would receive a refund in 10 days. Ten days later my money was not refunded. I called Dexter again and he was very nasty screaming that i need to stop calling. I explained i just wanted my money back and Dexter transferred me to Jeremy a customer service rep. Jeremy told me that my policy was never cancelled!!! He said he would cancel it immediately and have my refund back to me in 72 hrs. Five days later I still have not received my money back. I called again and Dexter not Jeremy will answer the phone. Someone in customer service answered and explained that she would have Jeremy call me back. Throughout all of the phone calls i demanded to speak to a manager or supervisor and noone would give me the name and number of a supervisor or transfer me to someone else that may be able to issue me an immediate refund. Currently I have no extended warranty on my car as i cancelled my original extended warranty because of this scam. I still have not received my refund.
