These people are taking advantage of those least able to 'defend' themselves and should be exposed for the charlatans that they are
I applied for a loan on-line approximately 2 months ago and was referred to Enhance Financial services. I paid the monies asked by them to secure a loan for me. The loan was not forthcoming despite repeated claims from them that they had e-mailed me the forms. I then asked that they send them to me via the postal service. After some time and several telephone calls, I asked that my money should be refunded.
Despite the fact that the original amount was taken directly from account via my debit card, I was told that I had to fill out a form to claim my money back. This has neither arrived on-line or by the postal service.
These people are taking advantage of those least able to 'defend' themselves and should be exposed for the charlatans that they are.
I intend to contact both the Office of Fair Trading, Trading Standards and the FSA. These people need to be stopped.

They actually took 74.99 instead of 64.99
After being agreed to a loan amount of £2000 on the phone to enchance finace i was then told i would have to pay a fee of 64.99 over the phone for the paper work to go through instead they actually took 74.99 they also said i was guarenteed the loan within 7 days, after not recieving any paper work through the post i contacted them to then be told they could not give me a loan i asked for my fee back to which they replied i couldnt have it back until 31 days after i first applied, after getting my bank statement through the post i then noticed magic finace which is under enchane finace had taken 69.99 out of my account without my consent i had not even spoken or applied for a loan through this company, im now £140 out of pocket and with out my loan, these companys should not be allowed to do this and it needs to stop, dont be fooled by these companys they are a scam.
