I could not believe that AT&T would allow this BOGUS Orbit Telecom to include on my September 2009 Landline telephone bill for what they call Enhanced Billing Services Charge ($14.95 +Tax a month) which I never heard of and NEVER SUBSCRIBED. I have a suspiscion that AT&T has something to do with this SCAM. Even though I have spoken on the phone to both companies which both promised me that they would remove the charge, I would pursue this case and present it to CPUC for further investigation. This Slamming SCAM should be stopped once and for all! It's so FRUSTRATING to know that Orbit Telecom was able to know my identity e.g. Son's Name, Wife's e-mail, my Name, address, phone number, etc. which is tantamount to I.D. Theft and Fraudulent activities (without the knowledge of AT&T???) - I doubt it. Let the CPUC decides!
