Billed for service not requested
My AT&T phone bill this month had a charge of $14.95 billled by Enchanced Services Billing In. on behalf of Netwrk Assurance Inc. I have no idea of whom the above two companies are and I never requested any type of service from either organization. Therefore, I consider this a "cramming" charge. What further steps can I take to STOP this ?

Unapproved charge
I have NO idea where this came from. At&T told me it was a scam and it happens often. Enhanced Services Billing, Inc. told me that I signed up on the internet under My I Products. I have never seen, heard, anything. I have popblocker and antivirus protection. BEWARE and always check your phone bills.

Billed for voicemail services?
Just noticed that starting Jan. 2009 I have been billed over $15.00 per month by ESBI fo0r services I have no knowledge of, never ordered, and do not need. I spoke with ATT and they are reversing the charges. You have to look at your bills every month, very carefully.

Charges never authorized
This is the second time that I have been charged by this company and I still don't know how I got involved with them.
Every time I call the number that ATT gave me, I've been put on hold and never end up talking to anyone.
I've paid over $40 to this company and don't know what I did to get charged?

Billed through ATT without authorization
I have been billed through ATT for Enhanced Services Billing, Inc. I have no idea how I started whatever service they are suspose to provide. I also have no idea how the service was started or how to use it. I am refusing to pay for the service.
