Please do not rent from Enterprise. I was just accused of a damaging the vehicle. The damage was so minor that I and the agent was not able to find during the check out inspection. Upon returning the vehicle they found a small crack on the front bumper which they accused of causing. After reviews by the Damage Recovery Unit I am still found at fault!! Why am I at fault when I didn't even cause this!! Previous renters or Enterprise staff caused the damage and I am at fault. Never had I encounter this type of issue with other Rental Agencies. Please be careful and make sure you have them mark EVERY single damage/dent/cracks etc or even have them lift the car up for undercarriage damages. Believe me I will never rent from ENTERPRISE again.
