I was authoried by Phil Long Audi to have a vehicle provided to me from Enterprise Leasing of Denver for my use while my Audi was in their Service Department . The rental charge was to be paid for by Phil Long Audi.
Upon taking the rental vehicle Enterprise Leasing of Denver requires a credit card accout information in order to release a vehicle. Of course if there are charges or gas to be covered in the event not paid for by the authoring company.
Rental occured on 2/5/2011 the rental auto was returned to Phil Long Audi on that same day 2/5/2011 at 11:45am. The Dealership returned the vehicle to Enterprise Leasing of Denver on Monday 2/7/2011.
On Monday 2/7/2011 my bank account was debited $50 for the rental fee. I contacted Enterprise regarding the debit and ask for a refund of the charge because this was being taken care of by Phil Long Audi. I was told they need a P/O but I was asured by the Enterprise employee this matter would be taken care of, although it could take up to 3 weeks . I replied no problem as long as I would be refunded the money taken out of my bank account.
No word back from Enterprise about the situation. On March 1st 2011, my bank account was
debited an additional $30 for late rental return.
At this point my husband went to Phil Long Audi and obtained a copy of the Rental Agreement
showing the authorization for the rental car and to be billed to Phil Long Audi .
With this documentation in hand, my husband went to the Enterprise location where he rented
the car expecting to be reimbursed and end the month long ordeal.
Todate 4/23/2011 and numberous phone calls to Enterprise the a refund of the total charges ($70.24) has not happened.
I have made weekly calls to Enterprise taken names of Enterprise employees with promises of
action to be taken to resolve this matter. Nothing I say nothing not even as much as a phone call has been done. When I called on 4/15/2011 and spoke to Thomas Swiech (a new employee) again promising he was going to check on this for me and call me back as soon as possible. Again no call no response from Enterprise. I told the employee if this matter could not be resolved in a reasonable amount of time I would be reporting a comsumer complaint.
I feel that a week should be enough time to take care of this matter. JOKES ON ME.
I am going to tell anyone and everyone that I know and will listen of the situation. I am totally frustrated and mad to say the least.
After reseaching this company I see 121 complain (continiously) ranging in all areas of operation
from other unhappy consumers.
Thank you for your consideration and I WELCOME any help to resolve this matter.
