The exact same thing happened to me. I told the rep Brandon, I dont not want any out of pocket expenses, just what insurance is going to cover, and he said ok. Then I accidently signed the damage waiver box, the box is of course very small. Then get charged for it. Rich ([email protected]) can you please help me out as well!
