Bad service
On April 23 I was involved in a accident and the lady that ran the stop sign had her insurance provide me with a car. I was driving a Cadillac at the time and was told I would have a large car to replace the small car I was given in a couple days, a week later I went back to Enterprise and was told I was not to have a larger car. It just so happened the insurance lady was going to visit me that day, she said she noted I did not have a larger car and I told her that I was told I was not to have one. She called them that day It had been 2 weeks and the insurance lady said that Enterprise employees did not want to leave the office to get cars becuase they may miss a deal. I finally got a larger car, (not anything close to what I was driving) I walked around the car with the dealer and went home, later that day I started to leave my home and noticed that on the passenger side the front bumper was pushed in, the car had been wrecked and was given to me this way. I took the car back and told the dealer, he said oh yes you cant see it unless you stand back, I have a feeling he knew this car was wrecked and I was going to be held for the damage when I took the car back, I have to say also the car was filthy. The first car I got was dirty and had NO gas in it. The third car I got to replace the wrecked one was also FILTHY. I have used Enterprise for years and NEVER had a problem, however, it seems the employees in MARION SC do not care about customers. Time to use another company when I need a rental again.
