I purchased an item from you...you offered a full refund if not satified with the product...I phoned in for instructions ..I was told I had to wait 30 and call again to get a MRN number..I didthis and returned your item see the info below.yoy have received my return intact per my postal service. NOW PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY

I used my pay pal account
my paypal debit card last 4 # are **** but as I said i paid directly through paypal.
and then...you require customers to wait 30 days before giving them a mrn for the return...so you can get away with the paypal payment as transactions over 45 days are not Eligible for paypal assistance with resolving complaints..Thats just a cheap Thieving method that is unfair to the consumer. This company should be closed down!
