Tenants of an east-side, three-storey apartment-complex were forced out into the cold

Today, January 20, 2011 in WINDSOR, Ontario -- Tenants of a three-storey apartment-complex were forced out into the COLD Thursday morning after utilities to the building were cut of due to lack of payment.
Enwin shut off water and then electricity shortly after 9 a.m., while the city issued do-not-occupy orders that were posted throughout the building.

Poor customer service

I paqid the bills of $235.26 for one month what is very much for my electric and still they trherath to disconect my services and charge more for reconection because by bank they will receive this mony after few days. this is because no governement can do nothing to control them and that they are state within state.
