I owe a debt to Platte Valley Hospital in Brighton CO, I was paying on this debt but was sent to collections stating I was not making big enough payments. In Janurary Jenny Gonzales with CCA contacted me stating I needed to pay this debt, she threatened me by stating she would come to my work, she knew where I lived and I was told our calls were recored. I told her I needed to speak to my spouse and figure out how to get this resolved. I call back a few weeks later and asked for a supervisor, I explained my situation and she told me her staff does not threat customers and I was wrong, again our call was recorded. I agree to make monthly payments and she forwarded me to a Garry who I left several voicemails and never recieved a call back. I went to the online webiste that is listed on the back of the letter paymybill.com and made monthly payments. I continued to try and contact Garry 3-4 times a day with out any luck, I then started calling the 800 munber on my one and only statement I kept a log of the date and time I called 3-4 times a day for over a month no one ever returned my call. Finally on May 3rd Sergio answered the phone and again I explained my situation, he told me I could continue making the payments on line or call him directly at 303-267-4163 and make payments, he never told me once I needed to pay a certain amount. I have been making these payments every month. One July 10th I was served papers stating I was being sued in the amount of $2331.61 which is almost $400 more then the amount I was given in May. When I contacted CCA Jenny Gonzales is the one who called me back and explained I owed a debt and if I did not agree to pay $200-$300 by July 29th and $100-$150 a month I would be sued in court on July 29th. I have agreed to pay my debt. I called Sergio back and asked why I was not given an amount in May to pay everymonth he first denied our conversation then turned our whole conversation around.

AT&T sent a old bill that I never knew existed to EOS CCA the collection agency. As soon as the mysterious bill appeared I called AT&T to take care of it. 5 months later it is still showing on my credit report. After countless calls with AT&T & EOS CCA I was assurred it would be removed and taken care of. Another month passes and it is still there. I called EOS CCA to see what was going on and was told that they had no record of me and had no idea what I was talking about. I was then disconnected 8 times!!! No one would speak to me and give me an explanation how there could be no record of me yet they were still showing up on my credit report. After 2.5 hours of dealing with AT&T customer service I finally reached a manager who was able to call EOS CCA and have it deleted and letter faxed within 5 minutes. Unbelievable that they are allowed to destroy peoples credit knowing that a bill has been paid. If you search the internet you will see that this is a recurring problem. How they manage to not report paid bills and continue to hold on peoples credit reports is beyond me.

I received a collection notice from EOS CCA for a past due amount of $2, 061.53. I DO NOT nor have I ever had an account with AT&T Mobility.

They're trying to collect a charge of $51.76 for XM Radio 4 months after I cancelled my XM subscription. The person that talked to my wife was very rude. I think his name was Jaeyon. His supervisor was even worse (name as Eric). I am contacting my lawyer to go after these guys.

On 6/13/2009 I received in mail a collection for an AT T Mobility account under another debt collection company. I of course had no knowledge of this account that was opened and I submitted a letter to that collection agency advising to produce signed documents, confirmation of billing and any other identifying information showing I, myself opened the account. Well, they couldn't and sent notice to all 3 credit bureaus to delete the account and it was. Then I go to my mail box in January of this year and find a collection notice from EOS CCA for once again AT T Mobility, get this for an account opened Decemeber of 2009 with a balance of 705.96. I never received a call from this company nothing but one notice in January of this year. I filed a complaint with the FTC, I sent EOS-CCA a certified letter on 2/18/11 that I got confirmation they have received and still no phone calls or letters. I wasn't shocked one bit when I saw several other complaints for the same thing for the same type of fraudulent account (cellular service). Hopefully, they will respond to this matter soon.
