Scammers!
I purchased a PTZ Keyboard and they sent me an empty product box. Because the shipment arrived, they claim that it was received and would not refund my money or send me a new one. Then after two conversations they stopped answering emails. Now I am out $178. DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM - THEY ARE A SCAM WEBSITE!

Refused refund and kept returned item
ePathChina is a SCAM company do not use. Avoid ePathChina. They are a scam company. Do not believe their terms of trade or their refunds or return policy. They themselves do not adhere to it. I have stopped using their company and have complained to Paypal and western Union about their fraudulent trading. Please be warned. They supply substandard products. I bought a product for a customer in November 2010. The item was faulty and was returned to ePathchina. They promised to send a new replacement. They did not. They promised a refund. They did not. They wanted to deduct 20% for some unfathomable reason. They have stopped replying to my emails. So I have no product but they have my money. I have lost my money. This company has no ethics. I will never use them again. I will give you more details should you wish but avoid at all costs. The positive reviews here must be from ePathchina staff. Do not be fooled by them. Don't risk your money. I am so dissatisfied with their service, especially Connie.

defective goods
This company supplied defective goods that my customer found not to be working upon arrival. I on behalf of the customer contacted ePathChina who promised to send a new replacement product upon receipt of a tracking number. Despite receiving a tracking number, they refused to send a replacement. ePathChina sent the product to their factory where it was confirmed that the item was indeed defective. The time lapsed at this time was about 6 weeks. My customer, understandably requested a refund. I forwarded a copy to epathChina who agreed to send me a refund. They did not. After about 3 months, no return of products, empty promises and no refund, epathchina stopped responding to my emails. I am in the process of complaing to PayPal (where i made the payment) and Western Union about this company. I would not recommend them to anyone as they do not adhere to their promises or terms of business.
